Brunch House 1850 was founded by Melissa Dayton, a seasoned restaurateur passionate about bringing a fresh, cheerful setting to the brunch scene. Alongside her partner and skilled chef, Igli Telo, Melissa sought to elevate the traditional daytime dining experience by pairing culinary creativity with a stylish, welcoming ambiance.
As Melissa says, “I want people to come here and feel good sitting here,” and that vision shines through in every corner of our space.
